WRITING & Literacy

I write in third person, past tense, usually 350-900+ words per response, and I’m happy to mirror my partner’s length. I like colorful prose (not purple) with little to no filler. I go through several drafts before a final edit, so longer posts mean a longer turnaround!

Reply frequency

I post 1-3 times a week, depending on post length, and I’m available for OOC daily, though my work schedule sometimes conflicts with my writing. If I need to slow down, I’ll let you know, and I ask for the same courtesy in return. I won’t ask for anything I can’t offer myself, including patience, respect, and understanding. I know life happens and this is a hobby, but I only write with a handful of people at a time and don’t like keeping inactive RPs. If you’re no longer interested, please tell me. I’ll never hold a grudge or think less of you for not enjoying a story, and we can always start another RP down the line.

NSFW PREFERENCE

Smut ratio is between 55:45 and 70:30 (story to smut). Limits will be discussed in DMs. I like to include comedic relief and fluffy, wholesome scenes as breaks between the darker subjects. I will not participate in an RP with pure smut. All stories must have a plot with depth.

Gore and violence are fine when they serve the story, but I’m not interested in gore for shock value or violence that goes into graphic detail without a purpose. If you’re unsure whether something fits, message me and we’ll talk it through.

I do not use real face claims or cartoons. I would prefer drawn realistic if a visual is provided

Ghosting

After two weeks of silence (OOC and IC)= I leave or delete the server if applicable. This only applies once the starter is sent, if ghosting occurs during the planning stage I will just assume interest was lost.

Behavior expectations

Please don’t spam me or act passive-aggressive, because both will kill my interest. I consider spam to be messaging me multiple times a day to ask where I am. I work two jobs, and I’ll reply when I can.

Writing and compatibility

If I don’t like your writing style, it isn’t a personal attack, and I won’t take it as one if you don’t like mine. OOC compatibility matters to me. We don’t have to be friends, but I do expect basic communication. I won’t roleplay with anyone who lacks respect. As partners, we should respect each other’s boundaries.
